1.Design Confirmation
We first confirm the design artwork with the client and select the appropriate printing method (e.g., screen printing, offset printing) based on the pattern and material requirements.

2.Screen & Die-making
We produce the printing screen and the cutting die according to the design. These tools ensure precise pattern transfer and consistent shaping for both paper air freshener and car air freshener products.

3.Printing
The design is printed onto high-quality paper stock, ensuring accurate color reproduction and sharp pattern details.

4.Die-cutting
The printed sheets are precisely cut using the custom die to achieve the desired shape — such as a card, leaf, tree, or automotive silhouette commonly seen in car air freshener designs.

5.Drying / Air-curing
The cut pieces are air-dried or placed in a drying oven to fully cure the ink, preventing smudging and ensuring readiness for subsequent steps.

6.Stringing

7.Fragrance Adding

8.Packaging
